Discovered by Seiji Ueda, Kushiro, Hokkaido, Japan, with on 14-s exposure on six frames using Canon EOS 6D digital camera + f/3.2 200-mm lens under the limiting mag = 13.9, who writes that nothing is visible at this location on a frame taken on 2020 Nov. 23 UT with the limit mag= 13.6 using same instruments. Also he writes that there is a faint star (mag.= 19.1) on USNO-B1 catalog. He confirmed this star on three frames (limit mag.= 15.6) using 0.16-m f/6.3 reflector on Nov. 25.813 UT.
